Linen and organic cotton products can be washed in the washing machine at 30 degrees
a short program.
Knitted products (except those hand-knitted) can be washed in the washing machine, on
the special program.
Hand-knitted products are hand-washed with gentle movements and dried horizontally.
Hemp products can be washed in the washing machine at 30 degrees on a short cycle.
All other products are hand washed.
Depending on the products chosen, the order processing time is between 3 and 12 working days. If you want the products faster, contact us and we will try to find solutions to send the products to you in a timely manner.
In Romania we deliver through fast courier companies and the cost of transport is 4 EUR.
We deliver outside Romania through express delivery couriers. The shipping cost is 24 EUR for orders from Europe and the USA and 28 EUR for countries from other regions.
We want you to be satisfied with the VERLINNE experience and the products you purchased. Therefore, if you are not completely satisfied with what you received, you can return the products within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

We only use natural materials because they are resistant and sustainable but also because they
they feel great on the skin. We fell in love with the texture of premium linen, natural silk and other natural fabrics and we are happy that you choose to enjoy their qualities too.
All our products are created and made in Romania, in small family business workshops.
We try to produce only as much as is needed, that is why 80% of our production is made to order, we do not waste materials and we are constantly concerned with creating a sustainable model to develop.

Beyond our own production capabilities, we produce in Romania to be able to have a close and transparent relationship with the workshops we collaborate with, so as to ensure that our products incorporate the values and principles of the brand.

At the same time, the proximity of the workshops contributes to the reduction of the carbon footprint related to the transport of the products.
Yes, some products can be customized. Types of possible changes: choosing a shade other than those shown in the store for a certain product, product length changes, sleeve length changes, giving up pockets, adding an extra button.
For the moment, customization does not involve an additional cost, but requires a longer order processing time. For customizations, please write to us.
Verlinne launches two new collections a year. Apart from these, the appearance of new colors or fabrics that inspire us in the offer of the manufacturers we collaborate with may lead us to offer new products between collections or Limited Edition products.
Each product has a size guide in the description that specifies the product dimensions to take into account when choosing the size.
We recommend that you check these measurements every time, as the type of cut is different from one model to another.
If you are not sure what to choose, we invite you to contact us by mail or phone and we will support you in choosing the right measure.
The order is made directly on the website, adding the desired products to the basket and filling out the order form. We recommend that you create an account to be able to track the orders placed. You can choose to pay by card or cash on delivery to the courier.
