We reserve the right to cancel any order that resulted from technical malfunctions that affected the characteristics of the products present on www.verlinne.com, respectively, but not limited to, situations where the price displayed on www.verlinne.com for a certain product is unrealistically low (compared to other products with similar characteristics), as well as situations where certain erroneous characteristics were displayed for the marketed products or certain essential characteristics were not displayed.

5. Receiving orders

Orders are placed electronically, by using the order form. 

By placing an order on our website, you give us permission to use your data (including any data added later) for the purpose of delivering the requested products, services, and information. We understand that by accepting the terms and conditions, we have your consent to use the information you provide for the purpose of excluding possible fraud.

Providing false or incomplete data when completing an order is prohibited. We reserve the right to take legal action against individuals who provide false data.

We may cancel your order, following prior notification, without any subsequent obligation of one party to the other or without any party being able to claim damages from the other in the following cases:
– non-acceptance by the customer's issuing bank of the transaction, in the case of online payment;
– invalidation of the transaction by our agreed card processor, in the case of online payment;
– the data you provided on the website are incomplete and/or incorrect.

The price, payment method, and payment term are specified in the order. The seller will issue an invoice to the buyer for the delivered products, the buyer's obligation being to provide all the information necessary for issuing the invoice in accordance with current legislation.

6. Payment

Payment for products ordered from www.verlinne.com and delivery costs are made through electronic payment methods or cash on delivery.

7. Delivery

Products will be delivered anywhere in the country (Romania) and abroad (with the exception of certain areas) through a courier company. Delivery can take up to one month for certain products. 

Delivery costs are 19 lei for deliveries in Romania, 120 lei for orders from Europe and the USA, and 140 lei for orders from other areas, and are borne by the customer. The cost of delivery is borne by the Buyer. 

You will be contacted by phone by the courier company to arrange the time and place of delivery.

Receipt of the products constitutes your acceptance that the products have arrived in good condition. The invoice constitutes the sale-purchase agreement in accordance with current legislation. 

8. Return Policy

In accordance with legal provisions, we inform you that: the consumer has the right to notify in writing that they waive the purchase, without penalties and without invoking a reason, within 14 days of receiving the product by returning the purchased product within this period in its original packaging, with all intact labels and without any signs of damage or wear. In this case, the company will refund the amounts paid by you, within no more than 14 days from the date of receiving the product returned by you under the conditions presented above. In accordance with current provisions, you will only bear the shipping costs for returning the products in this case.

RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED ONLY BY COURIER. 

The courier fee for returns is borne by the Buyer.

Exchange Conditions

If you do not wish to return a product but would like a different size, color, or simply another product instead, you can request a product exchange. You will send the product you wish to exchange (covering the shipping cost), and we will prepare the new product you want and send it, and we will cover the cost of this shipping.

Any price differences will be settled by bank transfer after invoices are issued.

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving the product by returning the purchased product within this period in its original packaging, with all intact labels and without any signs of damage or wear.
