Are all the products made from natural materials?
Yes. We only use natural materials for the way they feel on the skin and because we promote the idea of sustainable fashion.
How do I order, how do I pay and how long does it take to process my order?
The order is placed directly on the website, by adding the desired products to your cart and filling out the order form. We recommend that you create an account to be able to track the orders you placed. You can choose to pay by card or cash on delivery to the courier.
Order fulfillment usually takes around 10-15 working days during this period. If you need products faster, please send us a message and we will do our best to send your order as fast as possible.
Are adjustments or custom changes possible for certain products?
We can adjust the length (including sleeve length) for certain products. Please write a message to us if you want such changes.
What is the maximum number of days in which I can return the ordered products?
You will have 14 consecutive days to return the ordered products. The return process is simple and the refund is usually made within 5 working days from the date when the return request was processed.
Are direct exchanges accepted?
Orders from Romania
Yes. If you want to exchange a product, you can do so within 14 consecutive days from the date of receipt. Please contact us at contact@verlinne.com if you wish to exchange a product
International orders
Unfortunatelly, we can not accept exchanges for internationa orders. In order to have another item, you will have to make a return and then place another order.
