Are all the products made from natural materials?
Yes. We only use natural materials for the way they feel on the skin and because we promote the idea of sustainable fashion.
How do I order, how do I pay and how long does it take to process my order?
The order is made directly on the website, adding the desired products to the basket and filling out the order form. We recommend that you create an account to be able to track the orders placed. You can choose to pay by card or cash on delivery to the courier.
Order processing takes around 10-15 working days during this period. If you need products faster, please write to us and we will do our best to send your order faster.
Can adjustments or changes be made to certain products?
We can adjust the length (including sleeve length) for certain products. Please write to us if you want such changes.
How long can I return a product?
You have 14 calendar days to return a product. The return process is simple and the refund is made within 5 working days from the date the return is processed.
Are direct exchanges accepted?
Yes. If you want to exchange a product, you can do so within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. Please write to us when you want to exchange a product.
