DELIVERY

Depending on the chosen products, the order processing time is between 10 and 15 working days. If you need the products sooner, please contact us and we will try to find solutions to send you the products in a timely manner.

Deliveries in Romania are made through Urgent Cargus. Ordered products will be shipped to the address specified in the order completion process. The shipping cost is 19 lei for shipments to localities for which Urgent Cargus does not charge a fee for additional kilometers. For localities for which the courier company charges a fee for additional kilometers, the shipping cost will be adjusted to account for this fee. In this case, we will contact you by phone for confirmation.

Deliveries outside Romania are made by fast courier companies. The transit time of the package is a maximum of 4 days, and the shipping cost is 120 lei for orders from Europe and the USA, and 140 lei for countries from other regions.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We want you to be satisfied with your VERLINNE experience and the products purchased. Therefore, if you are not completely satisfied with what you received, you can return the products within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

The product must be returned in the same condition in which you received it, with the labels on it, without signs of wear or use, along with any bonuses, gifts or other accessories that accompanied the product.

Once the product is returned to us, in the original condition in which we sent it to you, unused and with the labels on it, within a maximum of 14 calendar days we will refund the amount paid for the returned product to the bank account indicated by you.

The cost of returning the product to us is your responsibility.

If you wish to exchange a product, you can do so. You will send back the product you wish to exchange (the cost of this shipment is your responsibility), we will prepare the new product and send it to you without you having to pay a shipping fee.

To facilitate the return or exchange process, please inform us in writing, by email, of your decision to return/exchange a product. Please write to us at contact@verlinne.com, with the subject RETURN, a message in which you mention the first and last name under which you placed the order, your banking details so that we can transfer the value of the returned product, and any other information you deem relevant.

Personalized products cannot be returned.

We are not responsible for packages received in damaged condition due to improper handling by the courier companies we collaborate with.
