Depending on the chosen products, the order processing time is between 5 and 10 working days. If you want the products faster, please contact us and we will try to find solutions to send the products to you in a timely manner.
Deliveries to Romania are made by Urgent Cargus. The ordered products will be shipped to the address specified in the order completion process. The cost of Transportation is 19 leif or shipments to locations for which Cargus does not charge additional kilometres. For localities for which the courier company charges a fee for additional kilometres the cost of transport shall be adjusted taking into account this fee. In this case, we will contact you by phone for confirmation.
For orders over 350 lei, delivery by Urgent Cargus is free.
Deliveries outside Romania are made through the service oh Express DHL. The transit time of the parcel shall not exceed 4 days and the cost of Transportation is 100 lei. For orders over 1500 RON, delivery in the EU and USA is free.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE
We want you to be satisfied with the VERLINNE experience and the products you bought. Therefore, if you are not fully satisfied with what you have received, you can return the products within 14 days date of their reception.
The product must be returned in the same condition as you received it, with the labels on it, without any signs of wear, along with any bonuses, gifts or other accessories that came with the product.
Once the productis back to us, in the original state in which we sent it to you, unused and with the labels on it, in a maximum of 14 days we will refund to the bank account indicated by you the amount paid for the returned product.
The cost of sending the return to us falls on you.
If you want to change a product you can do it. You will send back the product you want to change (the cost of this shipment is your responsibility) , we prepare the new product and we will send it to you without you paying any shipping fee.
In order to more easily manage the return or exchange please let us know in writing, by email, your decision to return/exchange a product. Please write to us on email@example.com, with the subject Return, a message stating the name and surname you made the order, bank details so that you can transfer the value of the returned product and other information that you consider relevant.
Custom made products cannot be returned.
We are not responsible for packages received in damaged condition due to poor handling by the parcel companies with which we cooperate with.
