Based on items availability, each order is being processed within 5 or 15 working days. In case you need the order faster, email/call us and we will try our best to make it happen.


We deliver in Romania through Urgent Cargus. All items ordered will be delivered to the address written in the designated field, during the checkout process. Delivery fee is 19 RON for all transports included in the standard delivery routes of the delivery company. For shipments towards any address that is outside of the standard routes and Urgent Cargus has a fee for additional kilometers, the transport fee will be adjusted with that specific cost. In this case our customer care will contact you by phone for final confirmation.


We deliver outside Romania through Express DHL door-to-door service. Estimated transit time of the package is maximum 4 days, and delivery fee is 120 RON for orders sent to Europe & SUA, and 140 RON for any other destination.


We want you to fall in love with our products and wear them long term. However, we do

understand that shopping online is not always flawless.

In case you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it in 14 consecutive days from the date you received it.

We gladly accept returns for items in perfect condition, with tags attached, with no signs of being worn, washed or used in any other way, alongside any bonuses, gifts or accessories received with the returned item.

Once the product arrives back into our shop, respecting all aspects mentioned above (in the original condition in which we sent it, unused and with the labels on it), we will make a full refund for the amount paid for the item, in the mentioned bank account, in maximum 14 consecutive days.

Please note that you are responsible for covering the costs of returning any item to us.


Bought the wrong size or item does not fit to your needs? No worries, we got your back. In case you want to exchange an item, you can do it easily. All you have to do is send back the product you wish to change (the return fee is your responsibility), meanwhile we will pack the item you want and will send it to you with no extra transport fee.

In order to easily manage the return/exchange of any item, please notify us via e-mail about your decision and mention the following:

  • E-mail subject: RETURN
  • Message must contain this information:

o Name & Surname of the person wo made the order

o Other details that you might think are relevant

o In case of an exchange please mention what item you would like us to prepare for you.

No refunds are accepted for personalized items.

Please note that we do not take responsibility for any packages that arrive at us in damaged condition due to bad handling by the delivery company we collaborate with.
