No, we do not have a physical store. Verlinne products can be bought online from this website.
You can find a selection of Verlinne products in Brașov, at the Inspiratio Shop, located behind the Black Church.
Beyond our own production capabilities, we produce in Romania to be able to have a close and transparent relationship with the workshops so as to ensure that our products incorporate the values and principles of the brand.
At the same time, the proximity of the workshops contributes to the reduction of the carbon footprint related to the transport of the products.
About Products
Each product has a size guide in the description that specifies the product dimensions to take into account when choosing the size.
We recommend that you check these measurements every time, as the type of cut is different from one model to another.
If you are not sure what to choose, we invite you to contact us by mail or phone and we will support you in choosing the right measure.
Yes, some products can be customized. Types of possible changes: choosing a shade other than those shown in the store for a certain product, product length changes, sleeve length changes, giving up pockets, adding an extra button.
For the moment, customization does not involve an additional cost, but requires a longer order processing time. For customizations, please write to us.
Verlinne launches two new collections a year. Apart from these, the appearance of new colors or fabrics that inspire us in the offer of the manufacturers we collaborate with may lead us to offer new products between collections or Limited Edition products.
At the moment we cannot pack the products differently than we do for any other order (in craft paper). But we can send the order to the celebrant's address and include a card with a personalized message in the package. For requests of this kind, please use the comments - Add Message field in the order form.
About Orders, Payments & Returns
The order is made directly on the website, adding the desired products to the basket and filling out the order form. We recommend that you create an account to be able to track the orders placed. You can choose to pay by card or cash on delivery to the courier.
Order processing takes around 5-12 working days during this period. If you need products faster, please write to us and we will do our best to send your order faster.
You have 14 days to return a product. The return process is simple and the refund is made within 10 days from the date the return is processed.
Yes. If you want to exchange a product, you can do so within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. Please write to us when you want to exchange a product.
Yes, we also deliver outside Romania, to almost any country in the world.
