INFORMATION AND CONSENT NOTICE regarding the processing of personal data for marketing purposes

GREEN ALBA PRODUCTION SRL, (hereinafter referred to as "the Company" or "GREEN ALBA PRODUCTION SRL", a company incorporated under the laws of Romania, registered with the Trade Register Office under no. J01/566/2012, Unique Registration Code RO30489252, processes your personal data in good faith and for the purposes specified in this Information Notice, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) No. 679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC ("General Data Protection Regulation").

1. Personal Data

The data processed for advertising, publicity, marketing, or profiling purposes are, as the case may be, the following:

• first name, last name;
• home/residence/correspondence address, phone number, fax number, email.

Personal data is collected through the following communication channels:

• Email address contact@verlinne.com

As part of website administration, we have taken technical and organizational measures to ensure a security level appropriate to the existing risks through storage and processing.

2. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

This data is processed by the company for the following purposes related to advertising, publicity, and marketing:

1. a) for direct marketing purposes, by using communication means, namely email, SMS, fax, in accordance with Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a) of the General Data Protection Regulation, such as for receiving newsletters and other commercial communications, for promoting the company's products and services;
2. b) for your profiling, namely to be able to offer you information regarding standard or personalized products and services from GREEN ALBA PRODUCTION SRL, by analyzing purchased services, performed transactions, and other similar information, in accordance with Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a) of the General Data Protection Regulation
3. Duration of Personal Data Processing

Data processing for marketing purposes will continue until you withdraw your consent given for this purpose. If you withdraw your direct marketing consent, your data will no longer be processed for this purpose from the moment of consent withdrawal.

In this regard, we specify that, according to the General Data Protection Regulation, the withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of processing performed based on consent before its withdrawal.

4. Authorized Persons and Data Recipients

Personal data may be transmitted to the data subject, the data subject's representatives, as well as to advertising, marketing, and courier agencies, who are bound by the obligation to comply with the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation, processing your data under secure conditions and only based on the Operator's instructions.

5. Necessity of Personal Data Processing

If you do not agree to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, as mentioned in this information document, the contractual relationship between you and GREEN ALBA PRODUCTION SRL will not be affected in any way.

6. Data Subject Rights

As a data subject, you have the following exclusive rights regarding your personal data, as provided by the General Data Protection Regulation:

1. right of access to data according to Art. 15;
2. right to rectification of data, according to Art. 16;
3. right to erasure of data, according to Art. 17;
4. right to restriction of data, according to Art. 18;
5. right to data portability, according to Art. 20;
6. right to object, according to Art. 21;
7. right not to be subject to an automated individual decision, including profiling, according to Art. 22;
8. right to address the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing and justice.

We mention that, according to Art. 7 paragraph 3 of the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to withdraw your direct marketing consent at any time.

Also, in the case of communications sent by email or SMS, you will have a link available that allows you to automatically unsubscribe from this type of message.

The personal data operator guarantees that your data is processed legitimately, also implementing appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure data integrity and confidentiality in accordance with Art. 25 and 32 of the General Data Protection Regulation. 

7. Device Data

Data related to your visit to the site is automatically collected. This data may include some or all of the following: data related to the type of device used (smartphone, tablet, laptop) - its location, IP address, type of hardware equipment, information regarding the time interval and date our website was used, screen resolution, data about the operating system and browser used.

Data about the type of device used, browser, and screen resolution are automatically collected by Google, and these are used by us to optimize how website pages are displayed for different types of devices - the data is anonymous and cannot be used to identify you as an individual.
